Inecto Pure Coconut intensly hydrating hair repair treatment review

Hi everyone, it's so rare I get a chance to really look in my local Superdrug as it's not huge and also I normally nip there for specific items, however the other day I took the time to really look at the haircare ranges and found a lovely range I haven't heard of before called Inecto Pure Coconut.
I purchased a shampoo, conditioner, hair repair treatment and shine spray.  The most expensive items were the shine spray and treatment at £2.99 and the huge bottles of shampoo and conditioner I brought were £1.99!  I honestly thought these weren't going to be up to much at that price but I loved the coconut smell so thought why not!
I haven't used the shampoo, conditioner and shine spray enough to give a proper review but the repair treatment I hve used enough to tell you about!
As you can see the packaging is fairly plain and normal but I still liked the look of it.
The product itself was as thick as a good condtioner and was easy to apply and comb through.
I left the product on for about 5 minutes and then rinsed it out.
The smell was the first thing that hit me-wow!  This product smells wonderful!  For those of you that don't like coconut scents you obviously won't like this but for those who do I think it is one of the nicest smelling coconut products out!
Once it was rinsed off and hair wrapped in a towel, I could still get the coconut aroma every now and then and the next morning my hair was so soft and looked so nice!  It really did some nice work for the price and 24 hours on, my hair still smells nice!

Verdict:  For the price you really can't go wrong with this product.  If you love coconut scents you will love this and for £2.99 the results are fantastic.  My hair was noticeably softer and almost felt thicker.  I can't wait until I get to use the whole range a little more and think it's the best high street range I have encountered for a long time.

April Joliebox 2012

Hi everyone, today I was going to a totally different post but as my Joliebox arrived and I was again excited by the contents I couldn't help but change my blog post!
As well as the samples the box also contained the new monthly magazine again and I really enjoyed it last month so I will give that a read tonight!  Also there was a flyer for boticca.com and a code for a discount.  Now to the conents!
Most people save the best until last but I am so so excited to receive this product that I had to put it first!  It's the Tropic skincare skin revive cream.  This brand was launched by the former Apprentice contestant (who I desperately wanted to win) Susan Ma, she was the reason I was keen on this brand as she not only has amazing skin but was passionate about natural/organic products.  The product itself is the firming nourishing face cream that claims to be bursting with vitamins, blueberries and rosehip, this cream is a fairly thick consistency but sinks into the skin effortlessly and smells beautiful.  I'm really really looking forward to trying this and will be doing so tonight!
Next up I received the Pure Fiji exotic bath and bady oil.  Like the last multipurpose oil I received from Joilebox my product has solidified but I will pop it in the airing cupboard and it should return to normal again!  I got the coconut scented oil (I'm not sure if there were other varieties sent out).  It smells more like vanilla to me and as I'm currently using another oil on my hair I think I will use this as a bath oil as I think it will be very nice in a bath.  Another lovely product.
Then we have the Balance me daily essentials cleanse and smooth face balm.  This is a cleanser that contains anti-oxidant Cloudberry and oatmeal to gently polish the skin.  This is anaother product that smells lovely.  The oatmeal is so fine it'll be fine for every skin type and won't be abbrasive.  It is quite oily so was lovely to apply to my skin.
A hair product next and it is the KMS California freeshape hot flex spray.  This brand seems to be cropping up a lot recently and I'm really curious about the brand.  This is a heat activated shaping and holding spray.  Again this product smells great and I will be spritzing onto my towel dried hair before styling next time and seeing if it lives up to it's claims!
The last product is from a brand I'm not overly familiar with and that is the Bellapierre black mascara.  This mascara claims to create thicker and fuller lashes.
It is a full size product and retails on their website for £19.99.  The brand I believe (and correct me if I'm wrong) is a natural and organic makeup and skincare brand which is fantastic as the more natural products we can use the better.
I'm really glad I received this and will try this tomorrow and hope I have a new everyday mascara as I'm in the market for one!

All in all this is another great box from Joliebox, I find them very consistent at the moment and have loved the last few boxes and have lots of lovely new things to try this month!

Rimmel Lycra pro 402 Urban purple

Hi everyone, it's another post about my favourite high street nail polish!!
Urban purple is a plum red shade and has a real purple colour to it in certain lights and I was excited to try it.
I have to be honest with you all, this was one coat!  It is amazingly opaque and I honestly didn't see the need for anymore than one coat as it wasn't sheer in any parts!
It was amazingly glossy too and I love it!
As I've said a million times, these nail polishes are amazing for the price and really last well and I highly recomend them.

Rimmel match perfection blush

Hi everyone, a while ago I was looking through my local shops and this product jumped out at me!

It is the Rimmel match perfection blush and there are darker shades, but being a bit of an English rose I opted for the lightest shade.
It is a 3 tone blush with very very fine shimmer to it but I can't say I notice the shimmer on my cheeks.
It is supposed to adapt to your skintone and suit everyone because of this.
The 3 shades blend together very well and although this is a very powdery blush the pigmentation is fantastic.
The first shade is a nice darker pink shade and is lovely by itself as well as blended.
Then there's a bronzing shade which comes off a bit lighter than it looks and although it wouldn't be ideal for contouring it is a gorgeous shade!
The third shade is a peachy tone and again is a shade I love and the colours for my skintone are really great.
Here are the three swatched in the order reviewed above.

Verdict:  This blush is my new everyday blush.  The shades are lovely alone but when blended together they do create a lovely pinky/red tone blush and it is ideal for lighter skin.
The pigmentation is amazing and it has fairly good staying power too.
If you are in the market for a new high street blush and want one that offers pigmentation and a very wearable everyday shade then this is for you!

An apology!

Hi everyone, I'm sorry for the lack of posting recently, it's been for personal reasons and I may disclose these at a later date but right now I'm trying to get my life back to normal and look to the future.

I have missed blogging and really wanted to get back on track with it but felt I wanted to appologise for my vanishing act as I have still been getting a good number of page views despite not posting and wanted to say thank you to all of you who have continued to look at my blog and sorry I haven't been here lately.

So I am hoping this week to get back on track with things and hope to post a lot more from now on.
